We want you to be completely happy with your TMPL8 experience. Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return or exchange.

Due to the bioactive nature of TMPL8 formulas and the integrity required to protect our Advanced Bioactive Growth System™, all products must be returned new, unused, unprimed, and in their original condition and packaging.

TMPL8 products are housed in custom-engineered airless packaging designed to protect the potency and integrity of our bioactive formulas. Once an airless pump has been activated or primed, the product is considered opened and used and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted or refunded.
